African Women’s Entrepreneurship Program: Day 1

Hi everyone, I am currently in the US representing Sierra Leone at the African Women’s Entrepreneurship Program (AWEP). As I mentioned earlier on our Facebook page, it is such a blessing to be among truly inspiring young entrepreneurs from Ethiopian, Gambia, Ghana, Kenya, Mauritius, Mozambique, Nigeria, Rwanda, South Africa, Swaziland, Tanzania, Uganda and Zimbabwe. Nothing beats the feeling of having your work and potential recognized. Here are a few snaps of the experience so far. Day one of the AWEP trip  started in Chicago. We spent the day getting to know one another, learning more about the programme and what our experience would be like over the next few weeks. Our guide also took us on a tour, we went scavenger hunting and later had a great lunch.......
