Don't mess with the Afro- 1 year later
Its has officially been a year since I transitioned from straight permed hair to natural Afro hair. I'm so happy my hair is finally at a length that I can comfortably leave it out for a few weeks while not having to worry about the size of the somewhat massive extension at the back of my head. I absolutely love the texture and look of my natural hair and although its quite hard to maintain (the moisturizing, combing, styling, etc) I wouldn't change it ... anytime soon.
Plus I can always slap on some fabulous Madam Wokie hair extensions whenever I feel like sporting some long, fabulous hair.
