How NOT to wear Sheer and Lace

When wearing lace and sheer, there is a thin line between looking  decent  and looking like a streetwalker... The latter look being one that screams for attention; and if I may say, not the right type of attention. 

I went mute when I saw pics of Ashanti, Ferge and Ciara getting this look wrong because I thought being gorgeous women with beautiful bodies, they aught to know better- you don't have to expose your panties  (or lack of it) to look good...
